1 Introduction & Acceptance

2.2 Account Creation

Each person may create only one account on bee25. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, bee25 reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts and withhold any deposited funds. You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when creating an account.

2.3 Identity Verification

bee25 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other valid documents. bee25 may place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bee25 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bee25 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposit requests are generally processed quickly.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Fund Usage Conditions

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming services on the bee25 platform. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 4 for details). bee25 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and, where necessary, place funds on hold.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on bee25 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bee25 can receive a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in total wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time.
• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the bee25 platform.
• bee25 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse or manipulation.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry dates; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• bee25 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bee25 is committed to fair play. All games are conducted fairly and transparently. Any attempt to manipulate, defraud, or gain unfair advantage on the platform may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit loopholes in the rules.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

5.3 Technical Issues

bee25 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors or connection failures. In such situations bee25 will make reasonable efforts to find the best resolution, but cannot guarantee any specific compensation.

6 VIP & Loyalty Program

bee25's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players can advance to higher tiers based on active participation and gaming activity. bee25 reserves the right to modify the benefits and conditions of the VIP program at any time.

Cashback and VIP benefits are credited to the account as cash and can be used like regular funds, though specific conditions may apply.

7 Responsible Gaming

bee25 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not spend beyond your means.

10 Limitation of Liability

bee25 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party technical failures.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Financial losses resulting from gaming decisions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to an account (where the user has shared their own password).

bee25's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the original deposit balance held in the relevant user's account.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the bee25 support team. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to fully withdraw any existing valid funds.

11.2 Suspension or Closure at bee25's Initiative

bee25 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, forgery, or money laundering.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Harassment of other users or misuse of the platform.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any complaint or dispute should first be raised directly with the bee25 customer service team. Our team will work to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.

For disputes relating to gaming results on bee25, the platform's server logs will be considered the final evidence. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a general technical error, bee25 reserves the right to enforce the correct result.

13 Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

13.1 Notice of Changes

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
